Physical products, including books and merchandise, are also intended for personal use unless otherwise stated. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final unless otherwise stated.
3A. Shipping & Delivery
We ship physical products to the locations listed during checkout. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer. Estranged & Rearranged is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
3B. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
3C. Returns & Refunds
Unused physical books may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in fulfilling the order.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return is the result of our error.
3D. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated during checkout.
