You are not crazy. You are not alone. And your story still matters.
Candi Morris is the host of Estranged & Rearranged, a podcast and community created for parents and grandparents navigating the pain of family estrangement. She is a mother, grandmother, wife, and Nebraska-based advocate who understands how deeply family relationships can shape us — and how devastating it can be when those relationships break.
With more than 30 years of experience in child welfare and human services, a background in psychology and organizational leadership, and training in coaching and support work, Candi brings both lived experience and professional insight to the conversations she leads. But what people connect with most is not a title or certificate. It is her willingness to tell the truth about grief, estrangement, regret, accountability, hope, and learning how to keep living when the family you imagined no longer exists the way you hoped it would.
Through her podcast, Facebook community, support groups, and online content, Candi creates a place where estranged parents and grandparents can feel seen, heard, and supported without being shamed, dismissed, or told to simply move on. Her work is rooted in honesty, compassion, and the belief that healing still matters — whether reconciliation ever happens or not.
Candi’s message is simple: your pain is real, your story matters, and your life is not over.
